Bring the kids, bring the spouse, bring your mom – it’s time for a Thanksgiving feast! At STACK this year, we’re serving up a four-course, savory-sweet meal for you and your guests. Butternut Squash Soup leads the charge with spiced creme fraiche and pumpkin seeds, then comes our Tuscan Kale Salad with citrus vinaigrette, pomegranate, and pear. Our main event is, of course, the classic Turkey Dinner – with breast meat, confit thigh, garlic mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, and brussels sprouts. And if you still have room after that, we’re finishing up your amazing dinner with a slice of sweet Pumpkin Cheesecake with maple whipped cream.
