Wine pairing dinners seem to be all the rage nowadays.

Well-dressed people show up, swish their wine around in a glass and spit it out, and act like they’re all super fancy because they love alcoholic grape juice.

Well, this ain’t your momma’s drink pairing dinner.

We’re throwing the wine out the window this year (and by that we mean we’re keeping it in the wine freezer, don’t worry) in favor of a Jack Daniel’s Master Series Dinner, full of strong drinks and hearty dishes.

On the menu are starters like Tomato Pizza Soup and a Meat and Cheese Plate, both paired with “My Old Pal, Jack” – Jack Daniel’s, Campari, and Cinzano Extra Dry Vermouth. Then for your main dish, you’ll have the choice of our Braised Short Ribs, Grass-Fed New York Steak, or Seabass, all paired with the “Tennessee Tiki” – Jack Daniel’s, Banana Liqueur, Pineapple and Lime Juices, Oloroso Sherry, and Nutmeg Ginger Syrup.

And of course, there’s a happy ending – our dessert will be a Baba au Rhum with Whiskey. This traditionally rum-soaked cake will be doused in syrup made from – you guessed it – Jack Daniel’s whiskey. This one is paired with the “Caramel Espresso Martini” – Jack Daniel’s, Salted Dulce de Leche, Espresso, and Vanilla Syrup.

The Jack Daniel’s Master Series Dinner will be held on Wednesday, December 7 and tickets go for $70 per person, which includes the drink pairing for each dish.

You won’t want to miss this grown-up version of a wine pairing dinner, so make sure to save your seat as soon as possible!
