Chris Conlon – Corporate Executive Chef
Hakkasan Group’s Corporate Executive Chef Chris Conlon spent much of his childhood tending the garden with his grandfather and assisting his grandmother in the kitchen. Watching his grandmother turn fresh ingredients into delicious meals, Conlon became fascinated with the culinary arts at an early age. Throughout his many experiences in the culinary world, Conlon learned that genuine hospitality and amazing food are key components to any great experience. In 2015, Conlon joined Hakkasan Group, and through his hard work and dedication to the culinary arts, Conlon took on a larger role with the company, overseeing the menus and operations of several restaurants in the Hakkasan Group portfolio including STACK Restaurant & Bar.
